We consider ourselves approachable freindly & experienced engineers, who look after our customers and we take all calls on the job, so please be patient with us. We book up in advance typcially year round 2-3 weeks ahead and have a well established customer base, so please call for any works requiring quotes or new installations and we can arrange and plan works conveniently for you.
Please note we quote for installation works only on a competative fixed price and for minor works such as heating system repairs on an hourly rate, plus materials basis. (please see rates below)
All works are invoiced on completion and customers are asked to pay via bank tranfer due on reciept.

1st Hour attendance (including £15 call-out fee) £90+VAT
Hourly Rate (we charge in half hour increments - after 1st hour) - £75+VAT
Domestic Boiler service + CPA Analysis and Gas Safe Cert. - £90+VAT
Commerical Boiler Service - £175+VAT

Steve Davis
I am a commercial heating engineer providing design, installation and servicing of HVAC systems. We carry out works to a high standard (including design proposed/as built CAD records and full certification/commission) and deliver HVAC solutions to suit a wide range of domestic and commercial building projects. I have accrued my experience as an engineer working for the Royal Navy Submarine service in an engineering Dpet leader for 8 Years at sea prior to studying HND in mechanical engineering from Teeside University.
